Requirements to conduct a prescribed burn:

     1. A written burn plan must be completed prior to the burn.

     2. Smoke Management plan.

     3. Permits  

     4. Follow CEQA/NEPA regulations.

     5. Have adequate personnel on site during the burn.

     6. Contact Agencies Office prior to and following the burn.

     7. Written permission must be obtained from landowner prior to the burn.
